You'll participate in a mini portrait session with documentary motherhood photographer @nicolevictoriaphotography, followed by a guided group conversation that uses your image as a lens to explore the identity shifts and transformation of matrescence - the developmental transition into motherhood.

Developed and researched at Columbia University, Seed Mother offers research-informed, interactive educational programs that blend psychological insight, reflective ritual practices, and the power of community to guide and support mothers across every stage of the motherhood journey.
