চাBassকুট - Cha Basscuit
Introducing Torontong’s First Event: চাBassকুট
Ever wanted a Tong experience in Toronto?
Well, it’s here now - with extra bass, Cha-Biscuit (duh), and Bangladeshi flavor.
⸻
What’s a “Tong”?
Tong (noun)
ṭôṅ – Bengali origin
A small, roadside tea stall in Bangladesh - a hub for hot Cha, light snacks, louder opinions, and everyday community.
⸻
Now Serving: Cha (Tea) & Basscuit
Tongs are where we gather.
On corners and curbs, tea stalls spark revolutions in plastic chairs over Cha (Tea), porota, and laughter that spills into the street.
That’s the energy we’re channeling.
Stories. Music. Movement.
A little nostalgia, a little noise, and a whole lot of warmth.
Cha (Tea) & Basscuit is a one-day-only tea house for the Bangladeshi soul.
We’re bringing the Tong to Toronto with all the flavor.
No bar. Just Cha (Tea) that hits, beats that bounce, and community that feels like home.
