BPE SWAMP Event
The world we live in is filled with devastation, destruction, and fear. In this specific time of elections, war, weather disasters, and high-profile sex crimes coming to light, we as a collective are in a period of deep rupture.
And that’s just the collective.
Maybe in your own personal life, you are experiencing rupture as well; heartbreak, loss, financial uncertainty, betrayal, abuse, etc.
It’s not about what is happening to you; it’s about how you choose to view it and embody your power through it.
However, as women, we have been silenced in our rage. We’ve been taught that our anger is crazy, too much, or inappropriate.
You might have experienced anger growing up that was painful, harmful, and destructive, making you fear your own inner rage.
Swamping is a somatic practice that guides you through the depths of your rage so that instead of it being stuck inside of you, poisoning your cells, it moves and transforms into your power.
This allows you to move forward in your embodied power, rather than holding it in and poisoning yourself with it, or throwing it up onto others and hurting those around you.
Swamping is a practice that you can do alone, but when done in a group, it is infused with the medicine of sisterhood. Being witnessed in collective rage and power, as women, we all hold this, but sometimes we are misguided in how to embody it.
At BPE, we stand for you owning all parts of yourself so that you can create the life you were born to live. ❤️🔥

Meet the facilitator Brittini Burton:
Brittini is the owner and founder of the movement Big Pussy Energy, which empowers women to embrace all aspects of themselves through sensual movement. She also underwent six months of training with Mama Gena and became certified in her teachings, including SWAMPING, which shares similarities with the Sacred Rage Ceremony. Brittini’s mission is to awaken women to the power held within us, especially in the very places we were taught to be ashamed of, hide, and fear... our sensuality.
