fun improv + speaking games @ code chrysalis
join us for a night of hilarious games and fun exercises to practice speaking in front of a group and improvising!
we'll do activities like these:
complete a random analogy on the fly without stopping to think
speak about a topic while integrating random words
impromptu speech while varying your energy/goofiness level based on a random number shown on a screen
group presentations on the spot with a random slide deck provided to you
these games are designed to help you build speaking confidence in a supportive, low pressure environment. speaking in front of others is a super important skill, but is also terrifying to most of us – so why don’t we have fun together while breaking down this fear?
