This event is for teams currently navigating the product development journey. Whether you're building your first prototype, refining a design, or preparing to scale, this is a space for meaningful dialogue and practical guidance.

Michael Challenor: former CTO of Vital Trace (one of our very own portfolio startups from our first Accelerator cohort). He has been through the full journey from idea to manufacturing.
Kenny Lee: Deputy CEO of Racer, a Contract Development Manufacturer Organisation specialising in the engineering and manufacturing of medical devices
Irwan Moideen: Mechanical Engineer by training and founder of TI MedTech. He has led numerous successful projects, guiding them from concept to market in startups and multinational corporations, including Syntellix Asia, Barix Medical, B. Braun, Jabil Healthcare, Becton Dickinson, and Genesis Medtech.
Goh Khoon Seng: His experience spans both start-ups and global multinational corporations, with over 20 years in mid and senior management with Medtronic and Edwards Lifesciences before joining Osteopore as a CEO in 2015.
Fabian Lee: A seasoned med-tech executive with 30+ years in global R&D, manufacturing, and operations, known for leading innovative product launches and complex development projects.
Jerry Ang: General Manager of Ascential Medical & Life Sciences, which offers worldwide resources and localized support in design, engineering, automation, and manufacturing of medical instruments, consumables, and more.

Each startup will be grouped with one partner for a small-group conversation.
In the application form, you’ll be asked to rank the 6 partners from 1 (most interested) to 6.
We’ll match teams to partners on a first-come, first-served basis based on your preferences.
This is not a pitch session — just relaxed, insightful discussions to help you move your product forward.
