Join us for an engaging session filled with networking opportunities and lightning talks from our amazing Bits in Bio community members, Nancy Li, Helia Mohammadi, and Dion Whitehead. This event is designed to help our remote community members connect and share their knowledge and experiences.
Speaker Bio:
Nancy currently manages community outreach efforts for Reactome, a knowledgebase that empowers research biologists, clinicians, bioinformaticians, and educators to access pathway knowledge. Helia is a second-year master's student in Lincoln Stein's lab, where she focuses on leveraging generative AI to enhance user interactions with molecular biology data.
Dion is an evolutionary biologist turned scientific tool builder. He will share is work on an open scientific workflow platform that removes much of the pain of using scientific software, allowing users to create, run, and share workflows all in the browser.
