About Tosin Olaniyi
Influencer Marketing Consultant, Content Creator & Speaker
Tosin, popularly known as The Influencer Godmother, started her career with the goal of being a News Anchor. Her knack for the media industry led her into blogging & social media management. Sooner, the influencer marketing world began to gain traction and Tosin became fascinated by it.
So far, she has consulted, supported and spearheaded various influencer campaigns for a myriad of brands (Amazon Prime Video, Dove, McDonalds, The Coca Cola Company, Urban Outfitters, Best Buy, Better than Bouillon, Walmart, Olympics 2022, etc.) and worked personally with 2000+ creators in the course of her career.
As an immigrant & black woman in Canada, she quickly realized that there weren’t many people like her at the decision table where these brand campaigns were being designed and creators have absolutely no idea what it takes to be a good partner as an influencer/content creator. Hence, The Influencer Godmother was born to teach creators the nitty-gritty of the influencer industry and open doors for more black folks in influencer marketing.
