About Event

This session is part of the 2025 Chief of Staff Practitioner Series—a monthly forum to define shared standards in critical domains of the role.

This month, we’re focused on ethics, governance, and risk as a core practice area—how to manage confidential information, navigate gray zones, and make principled decisions when the pressure is high and the guardrails are unclear.

In this session, we’ll work together to:

  • Surface the hidden risks Chiefs of Staff are expected to manage

  • Clarify how trust, access, and ethical responsibility actually play out in practice

  • Share real-world strategies for navigating ethical tension

  • Define what ethical leadership looks like in the CoS role

  • Identify the practices that protect both integrity and influence
