About the Authors:
Chris Voss is a 24 year veteran of the FBI and is one of the preeminent practitioners and professors of negotiating skills in the world. He negotiated hostage releases and is the founder and principal of The Black Swan Group, a consulting firm that provides training and advises Fortune 500 companies through complex negotiations.
Steve Shull is a former linebacker for the Miami Dolphins. After an injury, he pivoted into finance, then real estate, and lastly became a real estate coach. After he read a book by Chris Voss, he knew he needed to pivot the way he was coaching, which prompted them to write this book together.
