About Event

Brighten up long gloomy winter days with some creative coding!

We are hosting another meet-up with two amazing speakers, this time at the heart of Shoreditch. As always, there will be chances to meet other creative coders in between or after the talks.

The door opens 6:30 pm with the talks starting at 7 pm. We'll be moving to a local pub afterwards.

This event is very generously supported by jazz.tools and hosted by PhysicsX at Victoria House, 1 Leonard Circus, London EC2A 4DQ.

And our great speakers for the night:

7:00pm
Ray Chong

With a background as a creative technologist and design artist, Ray is interested in transforming technology through humanity — focusing on empathetic interfaces that encourage us to design for emotion.

This talk will explore creative coding in play at FIELD.IO, and how it's used to both capture and create moments of wonder, curiosity, and expression. Ray will share examples of spatial, sculptural, and branding projects from FIELD, where creative coding generates enveloping experiences and captivating, scalable brand assets.
