Built for Zero is a movement seeking to end homelessness by using an innovate data and community-based methodology that started in the USA and now has international reach.
In this interactive session, we will look at how the methodology could be applied in Oxford to improve customer journeys and reset system responsibility while thinking through what contribution asset framing can make.

Lisa Naylor is Head of Built for Zero for Crisis. She has over 15 years experience working in the third sector in both housing and employment and has a passion for ending homelessness in a truly equitable way.
Bryan Wagner-Adair is a Coaching Lead for the Built for Zero project. Before this he spent 15 years in a Local Authority homelessness service. Bryan has lived experience of homelessness and is driven by a passion for to do better for those experiencing homelessness.
