​石田ジョーは、暗号資産による支払い・資産管理・投資をひとつのカード体験に統合したオールインワンのデジタル金融プラットフォーム「Pay3」の共同創業者です。
また、O-DE Capital Partners（OCP）のチーフ・デザイン・オフィサーとして、インキュベーション支援を受けるスタートアップのプロダクト戦略、デザイン実行、グロースをリードしています。Pay3はOCPの代表的なインキュベーションプロジェクトのひとつであり、ジョーは構想段階からローンチまで、プロダクト体験全体を監修しています。
デザインエンジニアとしてのバックグラウンドを持つジョーは、文部科学省の「トビタテ！留学JAPAN」プログラムを通じて、ニューヨークのパーソンズ美術大学でデザインの基礎を学びました。その後、AGRI SMILE、ZaPASS、adishなどのスタートアップやエージェンシーにおいて、ブランド設計、UX、プロダクト開発など、様々な成長フェーズでの支援を行ってきました。
