About Event

Hiring a devshop or marketing agency to help build your company is a hot take.  When building your product, website, or app, sometimes it feels like you have to hire somebody or some group to progress properly.

But navigating this is hard and you need to be mindful before you outsource. How do you ensure quality? And how do you know when to bring in external support? How much should I spend? What should I outsource for and what should I hire for and what should I do myself.

In this session, we'll have a candid conversation with Aj and Jenny. Aj has worked with countless founders and companies managing hundreds of engineers to build products for founders. He'll give honest insights into when and how you should work with a devshop.  Jenny has led a wide range of marketing projects as a marketing executive and will share candid insights about outsourcing marketing.

Who this is for?
- Non-technical founders looking to hire a devshop/contractor
- Brands that need to outsource some IT/website work and
- Technical founders who are thinking about contracting additional support.

About AJ: Aj is the CTO of Thinksys, a dev shop with over 200 Indian developers. Previously he exited a company, organized 550 hackathons, and had successful stints with wide range of projects in startups.

About Jenny:  Jenny  has 15 years of experience in marketing and sales operations, with a focus on digital marketing, growth marketing, brand management, and analytics.
