Tight shoulders?
Join me as we focus on gently relieving tightness, aches & pains and work on improving our flexibility and mobility.
Items needed for class:
* Yoga mat, large towel or blanket
***we will practice this pose using a wall but you can also do this on the edge of a sofa***
Optional:
Blocks, cushions or pillows, strap or belt & a small stool or chair
* An undisturbed area to practice (this is YOU time) :)
