  • 20 minutes: Q&A

🎡 Leadership Development Fair

"How do you support your leaders in growing?" That's probably one of the most popular questions we've heard lately.

So we decided to bring to the spotlight people who want to share their own case studies with the world. If you're looking for inspiration about how to design your leadership development program, how to work with data to support leaders in growing, how to spice up your workshops, or what else can we do besides learning programs, you've come to the right place.

Join us in exploring real-world case studies in an authentic way, with the good parts, and the less successful parts. All so that we can learn together and have more impact!

💫 Who's Offbeat?

Offbeat is a learning space dedicated to L&D Professionals. Years ago we realized that while L&D Professionals take care of everyone else's learning journeys, we often forget about ourselves.

So our mission is to empower L&Ds with the skills they need to grow by facilitating social learning, authentic connections, and access to high-quality content, and learning programs. You can say we're the L&D for L&Ds, and you wouldn't be wrong!

Join us for a series of real case studies of how L&Ds have supported leadership development.
