About Event

Are you and your grant funders speaking the same language? Inaccurate, unspecific and achievable performance indicators can spell disaster for a non profit. Instead, write POWERFUL performance indicators to ensure smooth programming and happy, long-term funder relationships.

In this 1 hour special workshop hosted by Instrumentl, you'll learn how to set your nonprofit up for success with funders by designing accurate and achievable performance indicators.

By the end of this one-hour workshop, you’ll learn:

  • Definitions around performance indicators and targets

  • How to write SMART indicators with templates for various types

  • Hazards to avoid in writing performance indicators; and big picture considerations within the context of the grant proposal

All registrants will receive a recording and copy of the presentation slides after the workshop. Instrumentl is also offering every live attendee personalized grant recommendations for their nonprofit.

NOTE: Instrumentl helps US-based 501c3s with at least a 90K operating budget, or consultants supporting such clients. If you are based internationally, you must have a US-affiliated chapter and 501c3 status to find this workshop helpful.
