The North American Lithuanian Business (NALB) Forum began in 2019 with a shared goal: to unite Lithuanian American professionals and Lithuania’s diplomatic network into Team Lithuania—collaborating to strengthen economic ties and global opportunities for Lithuania.

After a virtual debut in 2021 due to the pandemic, the Forum held its first in-person gathering in 2022 in Philadelphia, bringing together over 200 participants for a day of networking, dialogue, and idea exchange.

Since then, the Forum has grown into an annual event connecting innovators, creators, professionals, entrepreneurs, and changemakers from both sides of the Atlantic. It offers a dynamic space to exchange ideas, share know-how, and explore solutions to global challenges across technology, culture, sustainability, and commerce.

With successful editions in Philadelphia (2022), Chicago (2023), and New York (2024), the NALB Forum continues to expand its reach, building lasting partnerships and shaping the future of Lithuanian–North American collaboration.
