You will learn how the support process is done on a daily basis for a product that combines software and hardware. During the support process, a lot of feedback comes from different stakeholders such as new requirements to improve and add value to our products. With this, the Product Managers are able to do a deep discovery work and conceptualize new concepts that will be converted into features to be developed in our product.
IT development is a core function on this business. However, before release the new functionalities, it's important to do some business acceptance tests: check if the development was properly done and if all defined acceptance criteria are fulfilled.
