Wriggle & Read [Online]
Part "finally get that reading done," part body time.
First, we will wriggle a little together.
Then, you do some self-selected reading/studying for 20 minutes.
At that point, I'll introduce a method for embodied integration.
(In short- you will wriggle while thinking about what you just read. A great way to retain.)
You'll read/listen some more and then engage in some more embodied pondering.
To help you retain, you'll go off into pairs and share your insights then we will part our merry ways.
If you wish to remember the things you consume and then apply them, this is an ace way to do it!
This session is particularly well suited to reading (or listening) to:
• Something you want to retain and be able to discuss
• Something that makes you feel
• Anything that has a sort of workbook vibe
