Hosted by Meta and led by Radia, Germany’s largest female tech community, the event unites top female networks in Munich, including Women in Security and Privacy, Munich International Ladies Association, Women in Big Data Munich, and Responsible Tech Hub. Together, let us explore why diverse perspectives are essential for building better technology and driving industry-wide change.

Dr.-Ing. Claudia Haubach-Lippmann

R&D Processes & Systems Manager, Accenture Industry X | Aerospace & Digitalization Expert

With 28 years at the forefront of digital transformation, Claudia has led groundbreaking innovations in aerospace, defense, and enterprise tech. She has held leadership roles at Airbus, Lilium, and VMware, shaping advancements in AI, predictive maintenance, and full-electric aircraft. A passionate advocate for young talent, she mentors future leaders through programs at TUM, LMU, and Airbus, while championing diversity in the industry. Holding a PhD in aerospace engineering and a mathematics degree in quantum physics, Claudia continues to push the boundaries of technological innovation.


Jomy Jose

Head of Application Managed Services EMEA, Munich Re | Executive Coach & Diversity Champion

With 20 years in tech across three continents—half of which in leadership—Jomy has driven large-scale digital transformations in startups, scaleups, and multinationals. As a specialist in IT strategy, product development, and change management, she builds high-performing, diverse teams to drive innovation. A passionate advocate for women and minorities in tech, she has been recognized by Women in Big Data for her leadership as Director of the Munich chapter. Through executive coaching, she has helped senior managers step into high-impact leadership roles with confidence and vision.


Verena Laumayer

Director, SAP Women in Tech Innovation & Development | International Speaker & Leadership Mentor

Verena Laumayer has been successfully working in the tech industry for over 25 years, including 23 years at SAP. She is currently part of the strategic SAP Women in Tech team within the Office of the CEO. The goal of SAP Women in Tech is to give the company’s female employees more visibility with their professional expertise.

In the fall of 2024, she was elected to the board of the Bitkom working group "Women in the Digital Economy," where she contributes her expertise and commitment to promoting diversity and equal opportunities.

Beyond her professional career, Verena is passionate about leadership development. She serves as a trainer in a non-profit organization, advocating for Positive Leadership, and mentors women and colleagues who want to advance their careers in the tech industry. As a freelance moderator and speaker, she shares her knowledge at conferences and events.


Habiba Sarhan

Responsible AI Consultant, Accenture | AI Ethics Researcher, TUM

Habiba is shaping the future of AI by ensuring it upholds ethical integrity and inclusivity. As a Responsible AI Consultant at Accenture DACH and a PhD researcher at TUM, she explores the societal risks of AI, focusing on how biased image captions can erase marginalized groups. Her work bridges academia and industry, driving responsible AI adoption and amplifying underrepresented voices in technology.
