We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all products, services, and events. While customer satisfaction is important, due to the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and providing services, no refunds are offered for any portion of payments.

However, tickets and registrations are transferable. If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting 

All sales are considered final upon purchase or contract signing, with transferability being the recommended option if you cannot participate personally.

This policy applies to conference tickets, membership fees, workshop registrations, and all other products and services provided by the organization.
