At Worktugal, most of our events and services are currently free, so refunds are not applicable at this time. For any future paid events or memberships, refunds will generally be available for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event or service start date. Memberships or digital products will typically be non-refundable once activated or accessed, except in cases of service failure or defects.

If Worktugal cancels an event or service, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future event or service. Refund requests can be sent to
