Every now and then, we put our heads together to dive into an operational topic presented to us by one of our community members.

The format is simple and informal - the host presents the topic and shares a couple of questions, we split into small groups (4-5 people), and then we discuss. At the end of the session, we bring our learnings together so we can share them with the wider community.

Remote, hybrid, or coworking - many of us have tried them all over the past few years, and we're still debating the pros and cons. That includes the ON Team ourselves: as a fully remote team, we're constantly changing our ways of working together, experimenting with tools, workspaces, and communication styles. 💬

Join us on Wednesday for a roundtable discussion facilitated by Joe Batten, Head of Commercial Operations at Hubble, so we can share solutions for the challenges of remote and hybrid work.

  • ​Do we need a full-time office, or is that a waste of money?

  • ​How can we optimise our workspaces to be more cost-effective than making redundancies?

  • ​How do we use workspace strategy to attract and retain talent - and actually get them to show up to the office?

  • ​How can we still reflect our values and company culture in hybrid settings?

  • ​Which one works better? Flexible working patterns or mandated working time? How do you decide which one to go with?
