​​I'm a big fan of setting up waitlists for new products (both free & paid).

​​The earlier you do so, the more effective your social content and emails can be. Why? Because you have more time to let people show their intent. Then you can work closely with them to improve the product and engineer its launch.

​​In this hands-on workshop, I'll show you the things I consider when I'm designing an incentive to get people to say "Yes! This product is not ready, but I want to get on the waitlist now."
