AI for Work & Life Hackathon in SOHO, NYC
Calling all builders & creatives in NYC, this hackathon is for folks to use AI to hack together fun projects across Work & Life.
FYI For Hackers: This is event happens on both the night of 5/8 (Thursday) and 5/9 (Friday) IRL, please come for both nights — dinner, snacks, good vibes & exclusive merch for hackers provided <3
Organized by Hard Launch, Bain Capital Ventures & Chapter One.
Hackathon Schedule: 5/8 and 5/9, 5pm to 12am (Midnight)
Most of that time is reserved for hackers to be building. However, we have an event opened to more of the public.
Thursday 5/8
5pm as the start time.
5pm - 5:30pm, check in & early dinner.
5:45pm - 6:25pm: Opening ceremony & judges introduce their companies and tracks.
6:25pm - 6:30pm: Hackathon partner present.
6:30pm - 11:30pm / 12am: [[ Hack!! ]]
11:30pm / 12am: Everyone out.
Friday 5/9
5pm: Start time
5pm - 9pm: [[ Hack!! ]]
9pm: Hackathon participants submit projects.
9:00pm - 9:30pm: Demo pitches. Each team pitches to 2-4 judges in small groups.
9:30pm - 10pm: Judges decide winners. (industry mentors welcome to come @ 9:30)
10pm - 10:30pm: Winners demo & we announce prizes.
11pm: Everyone out (we’re hoping people leave beforehand, but want to give space in case things go over)
