Open Space 100 – Breaking Boundaries - Reclaiming work: what else is possible?
On May 1st, International Labor Day, we invite you to join a unique gathering at Commons Hub Brussels, where you'll be part of a vibrant assembly of people exploring the meaning of labor and reimagining the future of work.
Expect to be Inspired, Heard, and Connected
In a world where work often leaves us feeling burned out, disconnected, or undervalued, we're creating a space for 100 curious and passionate individuals to come together and challenge the status quo. Through Open Space Technology, a dynamic and participatory approach, you'll engage in meaningful conversations, share your experiences, and co-create new ideas with like-minded people.
Explore, Discover, and Shape the Future
Together, we'll delve into questions like:
What futures of work can we imagine together?
What is labor, and what is it not?
If anything was possible, how would we choose to work—or not work—together?
What would it mean to work sustainably in a world facing ecological limits?
How might we redefine success related to work?
What else can we do to embrace and celebrate diversity in the workplace?
What would a work-life harmony look like if no compromises were needed?
Whose voices are heard when we talk about work, and whose are missing?
What kinds of labor are valued, and what kinds are invisible?
What futures of work can we imagine together?
How can work align with our values and aspirations?
The Possibilities are Endless
In our Open Space gathering, everything is possible. We might have deep conversations, engage in creative activities, or even take our discussions outside to the park if the weather is beautiful. The space is yours to shape, and the agenda is yours to create. This is not a typical conference with predetermined speakers and rigid schedules. Instead, it's a gathering, a space to explore, connect, and communicate in many different ways. You might engage in heartfelt conversations, participate in embodied practices, or simply enjoy the company of like-minded individuals.
This day is a co-creation, your voice matters
This is a space where your insights, struggles, and successes are essential to the conversation. You'll have the opportunity to share your thoughts, listen to others, and connect with people who care about creating a better future of work. Everyone contributes, everyone is heard.
By attending, you'll:
Feel inspired by new ideas and perspectives
Be recognized for your unique experiences and contributions
Find new contacts, create new bonds, friendships and find collaborators who share your passions
Discover innovative approaches to work and life
Bring your questions, your stories, and your desire to create a better future of work. Together, let's reimagine what's possible and create a world where work is fulfilling, meaningful, and life-affirming. Join us on May 1st at Commons Hub Brussels and become part of growing group of people that dare to reclaim work and what it is.
