​What?

​On Saturday April 13th we are hosting an invite-only, one-day event for ambitious Web3 engineers in Buenos Aires (Capital). Everyone that is invited will be paid for their attendance.

​We will begin with a seminar on blockchain data, given by the founders of Noves, and then proceed to get hands on and hack on different projects that have a real-world application in our problem space.

​Each engineer will be able to choose from a variety of project options related to blockchain data.

​We'll have frontend projects, C# .NET projects, and DevOps / infrastructure-related projects, and some that span multiple disciplines.

​After the completion of the event, Noves will be looking to hire those engineers that exhibited solid technical skills during the event, are excited about working in the space, and are a good fit for the Noves team.

​We're aiming to hire multiple engineers - this is not a competition for a single spot in our team.

​We organized a similar event in March, which was a resounding success. A small group of carefully-selected developers got together for a day and worked collaboratively in interesting projects pertaining to the blockchain data space.

​This format provides the best way for us to get to know YOU and you to get to know US. By the end of the weekend, we'll know exactly how each other work and have a good sense of whether we might be a long term fit.

​And regardless of the outcome, we'll have done something interesting along the way, had some fun, and hopefully learned a lot.
