Textures of Sound: Music & Nostalgia Night

​Olito, the pop-up social club by Think Olio continues with a special event as we team up with DJ WIFI OG an educator and dj who's work explores the rituals, memories and stories that are contained in the music we love.

​He will be bringing in different musical selections and devices for us to explore the ways that sounds vary. As a community we'll engage in conversation prompts and share stories about what these different formats evoke for us.

​Little Honey's specialty pizza and natural wines will be available throughout the night, so come hungry 🤤

​What to expect:

This Olio is meant to immerse us in the unique sonic qualities of music formats—cassette, vinyl, CD, and streaming.

We will experience how different mediums influence the listening experience, fostering a deeper appreciation for sound as an art form.

​Come solo or with friends, we'll have some structure as well as free flow time to just enjoy the space and mingle with the other lovely souls in attendance.
