​Join the Skillful community for a BizOps 101, where we'll dive into key metrics for various types of companies in tech and tackle solving case problems.

​The session will be led by Ujwal, who works in BizOps at LinkedIn. You'll leave with an understanding of key metrics and the role of BizOps in tech, as well as tactical skills to solve ambiguous problems.

• ​The Role of BizOps: why BizOps is such a critical function in tech orgs

• ​Problem Solving: we'll tackle a case together step-by-step, uncovering how to effectively tackle ambiguous problems

• ​Workshop: you'll have time to apply your knowledge and build your network, as you tackle a case with other attendees
