This session is designed for those who have completed Learn to Lift 101 or have some basic lifting experience.
You’ll get hands-on coaching, tips for proper form, and guidance on building strength safely and effectively. Whether you’re looking to refine your technique or gain more confidence with the barbell, this class will help you progress.
