We are grateful to see that the majority of participants left feeling inspired about Learning & Development (L&D). It was exciting to witness an instant shift in perspectives toward L&D — transforming it from learning to application, from just a job to a lifestyle, and from a one-way process to the idea that everyone can be a teacher.
