Yoga Club For Women In Tech and Founders

​Yoga & Matcha – every Saturday morning. Exclusively for the ZenTechWoman Community: an invite-only group of 50+ Women in Tech and Female Founders.

​This isn’t just about yoga. We begin with breathwork, flow into beginner yoga, and end with meditation. Afterward, we connect over matcha in a small, intimate group. Unlike typical networking events, where you only talk to one or two people for hours, our limited group size ensures meaningful conversations and connections with everyone.

​Please bring your own mat and a warm sweater. The yoga session lasts one hour, after which you can either leave or stay to connect over a matcha 🍵

​Esto no es solo yoga. Comenzamos con ejercicios de respiración, seguimos con yoga para principiantes y terminamos con una meditación. Después conectamos y hacemos networking mientras tomamos matcha en un grupo pequeño e íntimo. A diferencia de los eventos de networking típicos, donde solo hablas con una o dos personas durante horas, aquí todos tienen la oportunidad de interactuar y construir conexiones significativas.

​Por favor, trae tu propio mat y un suéter abrigado. La sesión de yoga dura una hora, después de la cual puedes irte o quedarte para conectar mientras tomas un matcha 🍵
