AI CoLab Workshop - IBM watsonx.ai and Granite LLMs

​The session will include a demonstration and hands on access to IBMs watsonx platform and Granite open source models (https://www.ibm.com/granite), showcasing the performance and cost benefits of Small Language Models (SMLs). We will also explore how LLMs can be used to create Agentic systems using No-Code tools within the watsonx platform. You will create and deploy your own agentic AI that will have and use multiple tools including web search, document retrieval and code execution. 

​Dr Adam Makarucha is head of Client Engineering at IBM A/NZ) will show case of IBMs suite of Generative AI capabilities through watsonx.ai, including IBMs open source Granite series of LLMs. 

​This is a collaborative and open session through the AI CoLab (join.aicolab.org), so please only bring things to share that are unclassified. Consistent with the AI CoLab MoU and Charter it’s a cross-sector event.
