This session is for L&D people who know that good facilitation isn’t about more slides or louder voices — it’s about finding the right question, at the right moment, in the right format. Sometimes that format just happens to come in a little cardboard box.
We’ll try out a range of card-based methods designed to unlock thinking, shift perspectives, and spark conversations that actually go somewhere. You’ll walk away with ideas you can use tomorrow — whether you’re running a team session, a strategy day, or just want to make that awkward kick-off moment a little less… awkward.
