Breathwork Reset
Breathwork Reset
Breathwork is an active meditation that gently provides a cathartic, somatic release. This class will primarily be lying down and will begin with a brief grounding guided visualization that is an intuitive, energetic cleansing and replenishing exercise.
The breathwork portion, which is about 25 minutes, supports you to address and release whatever is most needed in present time, create energetic space, and allow you to come home to your centered self. It activates your life force, inner power, and creativity, Sweet, balancing reiki healing energy will also be channeled throughout.
The practice will be set to uplifting music to orient you towards clarity and elevation. There will be a brief few minutes of stillness, or integration, where the energy settles and insights and inspirations may come through. You may want to have water and chapstick available, as well as wear an extra layer as the breath can drop your body temperature. The perfect lunchtime reset. Expect tingles, lightness, and vibrancy!
