A dynamic yet nourishing morning practice to awaken the body and set the tone for the day. Class blends gentle vinyasa, breathwork, and intention-setting to create clarity and energy. Open to all levels, just bring your mat and your breath.

A short, soul-refreshing walk through the nearby forest with a view over Barcelona. The perfect way to wind down after work and reconnect with nature.

The Art of Self-Care: Rituals for Well-being
Close the day with intention. This after-work session will guide you through meditation, journaling, self-massage and an interactive reflection on cultivating self-care as a daily ritual. Bring your journal if you have one.

🧘♀️ Meet Your Facilitator: Saija Sarell
Saija is a well-being entrepreneur, yoga teacher, and digital nomad with a passion for movement, mindfulness, and community. She has been deeply involved in yoga, event production, and coliving spaces, including organizing the largest well-being festival in the Nordics.
With a background in Social and Cultural Anthropology, Saija brings a unique perspective on connection and shared experiences. Having lived and managed communities for over seven years, she understands how to create spaces that foster both growth and balance.
At Flow & Restore, Saija will guide sessions in yoga, meditation, and movement, helping you reset, refocus, and reconnect.
