About Event
Susy Markoe Schieffelin of @thecoppervessel is an LA-based sound healer, reiki master, and Kundalini yoga teacher. Susy holds a double degree in East Asian studies and religious studies, is a certified yoga instructor, and is a Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki Master.
Join Alo Moves instructor Susy Markoe Schieffelin for an hour-long sound bath meditation. You'll practice cultivating relaxation and stillness while listening to crystal alchemy bowls.
