About Event

Ever found yourself stuck in a dating app doom scroll and wondering, what am I even doing here? We get it. Between the ghosting, the games, and the pressure to stumble upon the one, modern dating can feel like anything but a meaningful connection.

But what if we gave ourselves space to pause, reflect, and show up as our full selves?

In this free virtual workshop, Shift Collab Therapist Stephanie Gorrill invites you to explore modern dating through poetry, real talk, and reflection. Together, we’ll unmask the messy, honest, human parts of connection — and maybe even have a little fun doing it.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Explore the green flags you’re searching for (not just the red ones you avoid)

  • Reflect on how your values shape who and how you connect

  • Discover how creativity, humour, and honesty can support your emotional wellness

  • Share space and wisdom with others navigating the dating world

It’s all happening on Wednesday, May 7 at 7 PM ET. And yes, it’s totally free! Whether you’re a current Shift client or just Shift-curious, this is a space for you.

Bonus points for showing up with your favourite beverage in hand — this is a sip-and-swipe kind of vibe.
