​In this fast-paced workshop, you will log into your LinkedIn profile and optimize it.

I will guide you through the 10 most important factors for standing out when you apply for a job posted on LinkedIn and attracting recruiters. We will complete 7 of the 10 in the workshop and you will walk out with a plan for the final 3. 

​I will share the insider secrets of what my screen looks like when I am selecting people to interview. For example:

• ​Did you know that job applicants are highlighted based on "best match" algorithms and are not presented in the order of application date?

• ​Do you know when we use the LinkedIn Recruiter tool to search for candidates to reach out to, most of us search for Keywords and not Skills?

​After completing the 10 optimization tasks, your profile will:

1. ​Get recruited by Recruiters like me (if you have experience in a "recruitable" field).

2. ​Be highlighted as a "best match" when you apply for jobs that you qualify for.

3. ​Invite an easy "yes" from those reviewing your profile for the jobs you apply to.

​Your attendance in this workshop is entirely confidential. It will be held on zoom, with cameras off. You can choose any screen name you'd like on your own personal zoom login.
