Dionna Arimes leads partnerships at Instrumentl. She can often be found hosting Instrumentl's bi-weekly partner workshops which feature top thought leaders in the grant writing space. Hundreds of grant professionals tune in to these events to learn openly and collaborate with one another. These workshops featuring many of the few Grant Professional Association Approved Trainers and Amazon Best Selling educators allow Dionna to share a deep understanding of some of the many challenges nonprofits seeking grants face.

Mia Comic leads the demand gen team at Instrumentl. She spends the bulk of her time talking to nonprofits and grant consultants to better understand their everyday challenges and uses this valuable feedback to create educational content and communicate with the core product team. Mia has a nonprofit background herself. She was an organizational member of TEDxNoviSad, the officially licensed TED-like local event, and she founded her own nonprofit in 2015, focusing on cultural tourism and preserving cultural heritage.
