Her expertise in these areas allows her to serve as a Tech Steward, providing valuable advice to businesses on how to leverage small language models. Susan Koch is the founder of 3xethical, a tech advisory firm started in Blackfoot Territory, in so-called Western Canada, in 2017. Susan is also a Brand Partner for PersonalAI an American start-up, based in San Deigo. She approaches her work on Social Information Architecture through the lens of systems thinking with a passion for complex living systems and conceptual design.
