About Event
Join us for an evening of self-care on the night of the New Moon. Release, relax and recalibrate your mind, body, and spirit with series of Breathwork techniques and movement led by Parish and Taggy. Followed by an energy balancing sound meditation.
Together, we will set intentions and crystallise our expansion into the creative matrix tapping into the Pisces energy, anchoring transformative energies to support our personal journey.
What to bring:
Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket.
Bring any other comfort items you may need as you might feel cold during Soundbath.
Your water bottle
(please arrive around 6:45PM to settle in as we start sharp at 7PM).
