Social Rest is a gentle group session designed to help you unwind at the end of your workday. Through a deeply relaxing practice called Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep”, you’ll be guided into a restful and meditative state without needing hours of meditation. No movement, no experience needed. Just lie down, listen, and rest.
This is for anyone who could use a moment of stillness, especially busy minds and driven professionals. It’s a great way to process the day and create space for clarity. Come as you are, leave feeling lighter.
Bring: nothing but yourself (mats, blankets & eye pillows provided)
Wear: something comfy
Duration: ~45 min / 60 min

*The session is guided by Claire van der Vaart, creator of the growing wellness platform Noco Amsterdam (short for nourish & connect). Claire will be at Fosbury earlier that day, so feel free to say hi or ask any questions before the session starts.
