A common question that many Chiefs of Staff find themselves asking is what comes after the Chief of Staff role. Because of the broad generalist nature of a Chief of Staff role, the opportunities that could come afterwards are plentiful, but how do you narrow down what you might want to tackle next?

In this workshop, Rachel Serwetz, CEO/Founder of WOKEN, will help Chiefs of Staff think through what their next career step is by sharing her proven career path exploration frameworks.

Whether you’re a new or aspiring Chief of Staff looking ahead to better plan for your future or you’re a current Chief of Staff considering your next move, this is a great workshop to help you clarify what it is you want out of your Chief of Staff role.

More about the Speaker:
Rachel Serwetz' early professional experience was at Goldman Sachs in Operations and at Bridgewater Associates in HR. From there, she was trained as a coach at NYU and became a certified coach through the International Coach Federation. After this, she worked in HR Research at Aon Hewitt and attained her Technology MBA at NYU Stern.

Throughout her career, she has helped hundreds of professionals with career exploration and for the past 4.5 years she has been building her company, WOKEN, which is an online career exploration platform to coach professionals through the process of clarifying their ideal job and career path.

She is also an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Binghamton University and has served as a Career Coach through the Flatiron School/WeWork, Columbia University, and Project Activate.
