​Podium Mastermind Dinners are small group conversations on big, personal themes.

​Share a challenge you’re facing in relation to the theme. Receive fresh, non-judgmental perspectives

​These are not coach-led or expert-driven. Your host is a fellow member who’s also exploring the theme, so that the conversation stays grounded, relatable, and real. Come sit with other women who are asking similar questions and leave with refreshing perspectives. No need to perform.

​What to expect:

• ​A warm, structured dinner conversation guided by a peer

• ​Take turns to share something real you're navigating with women who are facing their own journeys under the same theme

• ​A creative way to hear from outside your usual circle — via “Hat” lenses like “Optimist”.

​What it’s not:

• ​Not a workshop

• ​Not a place for advice-giving or fixing

• ​Not about solving — but about seeing differently
