What if? A Self-Care Session Exploring Possibilities
We often have an idea about how future events may unfold for us, but rarely does it happen in the way we think it will. In this session, we will explore possibilities both negative and positive so that when life happens in unexpected ways, we have more control over how we react to it. This is about problem-solving and feeling safe and secure in the light of uncertainty.
This self-care circle is for business owners to come together. We will ease in with an Instinctive Meditation practice, then take time to journal with prompts relating to the topic. There will be time to share (totally optional) and then we will integrate the practice with a movement session. Get yourself set up in a comfortable spot, grab a journal, and bring an open heart.
