Shreyansh is a Robotics Technologist at NASA JPL leading teams at the intersection of AI and SpaceTech to develop the next generation of autonomous robots for Moon, Mars and beyond.
🚀 Jeff Thornburg, Founder & CEO at Portal Space Systems
Jeff is a seasoned space engineer, having held prestigious roles across the space and energy sector’s top commercial and governmental organizations.
His prolific career is testament to his devotion to humanity’s advancement on and off Earth. He held pivotal roles across the commercial space landscape, including VP of propulsion engineering at SpaceX, where he architected and developed the Raptor Engine, as the director of mechanical engineering and manufacturing for Amazon’s Project Kuiper, and in the energy sector as chief of engineering at Commonwealth Fusion Systems.
Jeff is also a mentor for Creative Destruction Lab’s space track.
🚀 Nicolaas Verheem, Founder & CEO at TRL-11
Nicol is a Technical Oscar® and Emmy® award-winning Electronic Engineer, wireless video patent-holder, serial Entrepreneur and seasoned startup Investor.
He pioneered the streaming video market for 20+ years by leading wireless video innovation over every generation of cellular, WiFi, and proprietary P2P standards including, 3 enterprise video products that sold 100,000+ pieces each, with >90% market share, totalling over $1B of revenue. His prior startup, Teradek, resulted in a >50x return for investors after being acquired by a public company. Nicol stayed on as a Divisional CEO to grow it to $120M+/yr in total revenue.
Nicol founded TRL11 in 2022 with the mission of being the leader in full motion imagery for aerospace, through proprietary video analysis and processing software, spanning a broad array of applications such as ISAM, RPOD, SSA/SDA, space station operations, and Earth Observation.
In 2023, TRL11 sent prototypes to orbit 3 times to demonstrate the capabilities of SAVER (Space Aware Video Edge-compute Recorder). The pre-seed company is already revenue-generating from multiple commercial customers in RPOD, Space Stations, and the DoD.
🚀 Bryan Mazor, Founder & CEO at Source Energy
Bryan is the COO and co-founder of Source Energy Company.
With a background in space technology, Bryan brings a wealth of experience to the company. Previously, he played a key role at SpaceX in developing innovative energy solutions for a variety of space missions. His accomplishments include designing, qualifying, and delivering solar arrays for Crew Dragon spacecraft and Starlink satellite constellation.
At Source Energy, Bryan and his team provide readily available, affordable, and reliable space grade solar power solutions.
