Dive into the science of fermentation with Arielle Johnson, a leading flavor scientist who advises top chefs and restaurants globally. With experience co-founding Noma's fermentation lab and recognition from the World's 50 Best Restaurants, she'll guide you in creating your own saltwater and Koji fermentations. Take home your creations! Please bring a jar and your choice of vegetables.
