​WHY: Psychedelic Breath is about clearing space in your body and your mind. It’s a proven technique, also used in business settings to break patterns, kickstart creative flow, and open minds - at retreats, events, or workshops.

​HOW: Through dynamic breathing, synchronized with deep electronic music, we quiet the prefrontal cortex - the part of the brain that controls (over)thinking and judgment.

​WHO: Led by Natalie, licensed Psychedelic Breath Teacher and science PhD based in Berlin. Open to all levels, no prior experience needed. Great for first-timers.

​WHERE: Kreuzberg, in a beautiful studio with a rooftop terrace, 6th floor. If the weather allows, we’ll take it outside. Bring something warm just in case!

​WHEN: 90 minutes. Doors close 15 minutes after the official start time. Perfect to enjoy the sun or bathe in the golden light of sunset.

​You can feel it already: Berlin is holding its breath. Spring is here, and everyone is waiting for summer to hit. Nature knows this moment... plants start pruning, shaping where they want to grow. We breathe today to do the same. Before the wild energy of summer sweeps us up, we clear space inside. We let go of what drains us, and we choose where we want to bloom.

​WHEN NOT: Psychedelic Breath™ is a safe practice, but there are counter indications. It is not recommended if you have high blood pressure, history of strokes or heart attacks, epilepsy, clinical anxiety or psychosis, during pregnancy, or if you had recent upper-body surgery.

​HOW MUCH: Psychedelic Breath™ is a licensed technique, which means a minimum charge applies. Your ticket includes tea, essential oils, and support from helpers. If finances are tight, let us know.
