moss is thrilled to welcome westside sounds - a showcase of local artists - featuring performances by Leena Culhane, Adrienne Ackerman, and Ethan Buckner. alongside the music, enjoy a wine bar by Crudo e Nudo and food by local food trucks.
westside sounds is a concert series featuring local artists hosted by Venice singer/songwriter Ethan Buckner. Since 2020, Ethan has built community by uplifting independent artists and connecting them with passionate listeners in beautiful, listening room settings. In September, Ethan released his debut LP Treading Water with packed shows at Winston House and The Troubadour. Produced in LA by grammy nominee Justin Glasco, the record weaves between moments both intimate and anthemic, exploring struggles that are both deeply personal and unavoidably collective. Outside of music, for more than the past decade, Ethan has worked full-time with Indigenous, working class, and communities of color on campaigns to protect public health and the climate, currently for the non-profit Earthworks. His work for social change seeps into his songwriting.
Ethan is a member of moss and is so excited to bring westside sounds to this special space.
